Markasaurus

Perhaps you read my post about the estate sale last week, and the fascinating assortment of used goods that were for sale? It gets better. The sale is continued this weekend, so I went back with my camera.

The sign looks a little beat up after two weeks of heavy use, but the real magic is inside.

Please note that the mattress pad (or matress pad, as it is spelled here) is now $30 instead of $10. Maybe they sold the one that was for sale last weekend, and this is a higher quality replacement? Or perhaps they priced it too low last week, and nobody realized how valuable it was.

The last strange thing I noticed was a wall calender from 1989, with an equally-old San Francisco 49ers schedule that had been clipped out of the newspaper and scotch-taped to the wall. It kind of makes you wonder what has been happening in this aparment for the last 18 years. I apologize for the blurriness of of the photo, but it was very dim and I was trying to be furtive.
